Accessibility Statement
At Praxis by Emergn, we want our website to be usable by as many people as possible.
This statement applies to the Praxis website at praxis.emergn.com.
Accessibility standard
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Based on our current internal testing, we believe the website substantially meets this standard.
Our accessibility work includes:
- keyboard access to interactive controls
- visible keyboard focus
- skip navigation
- support for reduced motion
- accessible colour contrast
- alternative text for meaningful images
- labelled form fields and accessible error messages
- responsive layouts and suitable touch targets
- an accessible cookie preferences interface
Known issues
We are aware that:
- the website does not currently provide a dark theme
- the expanded cookie preferences panel can overlap part of an enquiry form on some smaller screens
- we have not yet completed a comprehensive external accessibility or screen-reader audit
- two small labels inside the illustrative product screens on our home page fall below our contrast target: the percentage figures on the score distribution bar, and the "Ask Stella" button on the gradient. Both sit in decorative illustrations of the product rather than in working website controls, and the figures on the bar are also given as counts in the legend beneath it
We will continue to improve the site's accessibility as Praxis develops.
