Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, your Praxis Professional subscription is set to renew automatically each month from the date of purchase. To change your Professional subscription to a Free one, go to the “Subscription & Billing” section under your Account settings and click on “Cancel Subscription”.
If I cancel my Professional subscription, can I change my mind?
You can reverse your cancellation up until the billing period expires. If not reversed before expiration, you can renew your Professional subscription and be charged immediately.
How do I locate the renewal date for my subscription?
To check when your next payment is due, go to the Subscription & Billing area in your Account settings and look under the Billing section.
How do I renew my subscription?
To renew your Professional subscription, go to the Subscription & Billing area in your Account settings and click on Upgrade Now.
What is the cancellation policy for the Praxis Professional subscription?
You’re free to cancel your Professional subscription anytime. Once you do, you’ll still have access to Professional features until your current billing period ends, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.
Will I still have access to Praxis content after my subscription expires?
After downgrading your subscription, you will have access to VFQ Foundations and Introduction to Product Management only. You will also have access to the Tools you’ve duplicated to your personal Miro, Notion, and Office accounts. To access to premium features and content like our techniques, AI Consultant, and Pathways requires renewing your Professional subscription.
If I cancel, can I get a refund?
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel and request it within 14 days of the initial payment. After 14 days, refunds are not available.
